There is just something comforting about having a snack, and I’m sure there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have a snack of some kind, either between lunch and dinner or late at night.
The best part about most snacks as that they are so quick and easy to make. This list includes over a hundred popular, quick and easy snack recipes that I think you will enjoy.
There are some healthy and not so healthy options, including low carb/keto and some super easy air fryer recipes! There are so many snacking options I couldn’t include them all, but I think this is a pretty tasty list!

At the top of this page, it says you will send the recipe but the email doesn’t contain the list or recipes. I was looking for an easy way to find the recipes without clicking on 100 links on the website. Was there supposed to be something in the email?

Hi Robin! Sorry about that – that box shows up on every page, but it only actually works on pages that include a recipe on the page. I haven’t figured out a way to exclude it from pages it won’t work on, unfortunately. You’ll have to click through to the recipes you actually want and then from there you can have them emailed to you, but there isn’t any way for me to email all 100 of them to you at once.

Most of us, who take our health seriously do not eat snacks, as they add weight and our population has too many people who are overweight and that is not healthy. Save your calories for a delicious, but easy to make, dinner.

And what have you contributed, Carla? Snark?! Food police are everywhere. Many of these snacks are healthy on any number of diets or lifestyle plans. Educate yourself. You owe Karly an apology. Just as you believe it is easy to cook and eat a dinner, it is just as easy to skip the snarky comment. Shame on you.

Goodness, I don’t know a single person that doesn’t have a snack most days. It’s pretty simple to incorporate healthy snacks into your daily calorie allotment, if you’re counting calories. Also, important to keep in mind that many people don’t count calories – there are plenty of ways to be healthy without calorie counting. ๐
