Most of us, who take our health seriously do not eat snacks, as they add weight and our population has too many people who are overweight and that is not healthy. Save your calories for a delicious, but easy to make, dinner.

And what have you contributed, Carla? Snark?! Food police are everywhere. Many of these snacks are healthy on any number of diets or lifestyle plans. Educate yourself. You owe Karly an apology. Just as you believe it is easy to cook and eat a dinner, it is just as easy to skip the snarky comment. Shame on you.

Goodness, I don’t know a single person that doesn’t have a snack most days. It’s pretty simple to incorporate healthy snacks into your daily calorie allotment, if you’re counting calories. Also, important to keep in mind that many people don’t count calories – there are plenty of ways to be healthy without calorie counting. 😉
