Every year we gather up the ten most popular recipes of the year to share with you in a little end of year recap! It’s so fun to look back and see what recipes you loved most over the year!

Here we are at the end of the year – again. Already. Seems like time flies when you’re having fun developing, testing, and tasting new recipes as your job. 🙂
Each year I like to do a little end of year recap of the most popular new recipes that were created and shared during that time.
It never fails that my personal favorite recipe never makes it to the top 10, so keep scrolling below the top 10 list to see what was loved best by me!

Karly’s Personal Favorite:
I’m not sure my personal favorite has ever made it into the top 10 list, but this year I have to admit – Those One Potatoes are probably my favorite recipe of the year. I make them about once a week, everyone goes crazy for them, and they even went viral on TikTok.

But!! A very (very) close second is my Jalapeno Popper Smashburger recipe.
Crispy edges, juicy centers, and a creamy, spicy popper topping. Then we coat the inside of the bun with crispy crumbled bacon for maximum yum.
These burgers were on repeat over the summer and I can’t wait for grilling season to get here again.

Thank You!
Forgive me, but I get a little mushy and emotional this time every year. Looking back at what was shared by all of you, how you supported my business through our combined love of food, and just how you show up here and trust me to help you feed your family – it really is such an honor and I’m grateful for it every day.
This year was especially hard as the internet has changed in ways we’ve never seen before, with a lot of AI garbage taking over.
It means the world to me when you skip the AI slop recipes that have never been tested by a human and instead come here, to my little website, where you know that I’ve actually cooked the food (sometimes too many times to count) to ensure that you’ll end up with a good result in your own kitchen.
I don’t know what is coming down the pipeline for the internet as a whole, but I do know that things are changing and I hope to weather the storm with you.
Thank you for being here, always.
Past Top 10 Lists:
We do this every year and I love looking back over time to see what’s popular.
I’m always surprised it’s mostly savory dishes. Y’all are sleeping on my desserts!
