Yeah. Most people seem to either super love them or super hate them. I’m definitely a lover!
I have a green olive and pecan spread that is divine on crackers. It’s so salty and creamy and crunchy and just absolutely perfect.
It can be hard for me to find ways to use green olives. I usually just eat them whole as a snack. Orrrr, when I’m fancy, I make my marinated cheese and olives. Marinated cheese, y’all!
