Flourless Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer beat together the peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and baking soda until light and creamy. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
