Sugar Cookie Fudge tastes just like sugar cookies in creamy fudge form! Made with sugar cookie mix and white chocolate, this easy make-ahead treat is perfect for holiday cookie trays and gifts
Line a 9x9 baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Add the condensed milk to a large sauce pan over medium heat. Stirring constantly, cook until warmed through.
Stir in the sugar cookie mix and continue cooking and stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and butter over medium heat until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle liberally with sprinkles. Gently press the sprinkles down so they adhere to the fudge.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, until set, before slicing into 24 pieces and serving.
Notes
If you’d like to heat treat the sugar cookie mix for safety reasons, you can spread the mix onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 5 minutes, making sure the flour reaches 165 degrees on a thermometer. This step is optional, but if you’re worried about eating raw flour this is a great method. We prefer to use a high quality white chocolate chip here so that it melts nicely and smoothly into the fudge. I like Ghiradelli or Guittard.
