This casserole starts with a mixture of seasoned beef, fried bacon, and plenty of cheese and then it gets topped off with tater tots. The whole family will ask for this one again and again and we love how easy it is to throw together.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Add the ground beef to a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion to the skillet and cook, crumbling the beef as it cooks. Drain the grease once the beef is cooked through.
Transfer the beef and onions to a large mixing bowl along with the steak seasoning, bacon, cheese soup, cheddar, and sour cream. Stir well to combine.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the tots are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot.
