Potato Chip Cookies
These potato chip cookies are sweet, salty perfection!
Servings 24 cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs.
Combine the flour and baking soda and slowly add to the butter mixture.
Mix well. Stir in the potato chips and chocolate chips.
Drop by small spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack.
