Potato Chip Cookies

 These potato chip cookies are sweet, salty perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs.
  • Combine the flour and baking soda and slowly add to the butter mixture.
  • Mix well. Stir in the potato chips and chocolate chips.
  • Drop by small spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack.
