If you're one of those people that adores the punchy, vibrant, briny flavor of green olives, you're going to lose it over this olive spread. It packs in all those flavors in a creamy, cheesy spread that's perfect on crackers.

Ingredients

cream cheese
room temperature

mayonnaise

green olives
finely diced

cup
pecans
finely diced
Instructions
Add everything to a mixing bowl and stir together by hand or with an electric mixer until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour before serving to let the flavors meld. You may make this up to 2 days in advance.
Serve with crackers either cold from the fridge or at room temperature.
Notes
This olive spread is meant to be used on crackers, but we often take leftovers and turn it into a sandwich for a quick lunch.
