Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dip mix see notes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 slices bacon fried and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chives minced

Instructions

  • Add the sour cream to a mixing bowl and stir in the ranch dip mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the cheddar, bacon, and chives to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Sour Cream: You can swap this for 0% Greek yogurt or blended/whipped cottage cheese for a more protein heavy dip.
Ranch Mix: You can use your own homemade mix of spices if you prefer not to use a packet. Ranch mix is a combination of garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, chives, and salt.
Chives: Completely optional! Leave these out if you have picky eaters. You can also swap them for green onion or stir in parsley or dill if that’s what you have on hand.
