Rich, creamy, smoky, salty, and tangy...what more could you ask of your cream cheese? This cream cheese spread is perfect on a bagel, but it's also tasty as a dip or spread for crackers and veggies!
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice to a mixing bowl and mix well with a hand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the salmon, green onion, and dill to the bowl and use a spoon or rubber spatula to combine the mixture.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge, covered, for up to 5 days.

We most often spread this over a bagel for brunch, but it's also delicious on toast or as a dip for crackers, veggies, or chips. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little spice.If you're not a fan of smoked salmon, try this with smoked herring instead.
