  • 3 ounces Havarti cubed
  • 3 ounces New Zealander or Parmentino cubed
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
