Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  • Add all of the spices to a small jar and stir to combine.
  • Seal jar and store until ready to use.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of the spices to suit your tastes. I am very sensitive to cloves and often reduce the amount called for, but wanted to recreate a recipe similar to store-bought.
This will last in a sealed jar for as long as the spices used are good for and can easily be turned into a big batch recipe.
