Add the chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Stir in the marshmallows until fully coated in the chocolate.
Spread the mixture into a foil lined 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the m&m candies liberally over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

We tested these bars with semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. Both work well, but my family all prefers the milk chocolate chips. Use any variety of m&ms to make these for any holiday.
