This cream cheese corn recipe is so simple! Toss the ingredients in the crockpot for a few hours, stir, and then sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Super creamy and so decadent. This is a favorite at our holiday dinners.
Add the corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, water, sugar, and salt to a 5-6 quart crockpot and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 hours.
Stir well and sprinkle with bacon and green onions before serving.

Notes
You may use fresh or canned corn, if preferred. Reduce the cook time to 1-2 hours. Skip the bacon and green onions for a more traditional creamed corn. Add cheddar for an extra cheesy corn recipe.
