Watermelon Mint Salad

This watermelon salad is loaded with juicy watermelon, tart raspberries and blackberries, and fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped or balled watermelon
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 3 mint leaves chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, gently toss all ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a small cookie scoop or melon baller to form balls of watermelon.
