Ranch Roasted Potatoes

Roasted potatoes seasoned with ranch! Air fryer and oven instructions included!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Wash the potatoes and cut in half. Add potatoes to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle potatoes with oil and sprinkle with the seasonings. Toss to combine.
  • Place potatoes in the air fryer basket (you may have to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer) and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Shake the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash the potatoes and cut in half. Add potatoes to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle potatoes with oil and sprinkle with the seasonings. Toss to combine.
  • Spread potatoes in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast for 60 minutes, stirring every twenty minutes, or until potatoes are as tender as you'd like.
