These tater tot nachos make a fun family dinner, but they're also perfect for serving up as an appetizer or during the big game. Feel free to add your favorite toppings!
Bake the tots according to package directions on a large, parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
When the tots have five minutes remaining, remove from the oven and sprinkle on the meat and cheese. Return to the oven to finish cooking.
Remove from the oven and drop spoonfuls of guacamole and sour cream over the nachos. Sprinkle with the jalapeno, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Serve hot.
Notes
If you don't have leftover taco meat, you can use a pound of ground beef + taco seasoning to make the meat. You'll likely not need the full amount, but use as much as you like. This recipe is a great guide, but feel free to add more or less of your favorite toppings. You really can't mess up nachos!
