Loaded Chicken Salad

This is a traditional chicken salad recipe that's loaded with pickles, onions, pecans, and juicy chicken! It makes a great low carb chicken salad if you serve it in a lettuce wrap or just eat it with a fork!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 boiled eggs chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add everything to a medium mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Serve as a dip for chips, spread on bread for a sandwich, or keep it low carb and enjoy in a lettuce wrap or on a fork.
