  • 1 package Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon Marinated Fresh Pork Loin Filet about 23 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces dry pasta any small shape
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cover. Cook for 6 minutes.
  • Remove lid from pan and stir. Continue cooking, uncovered, for 6 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese. Cover and let sit for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
