Fried Garlic Butter Noodles
These garlic butter noodles are pan-fried in butter and breadcrumbs. They're full of flavor and one of my favorite comfort foods! So simple, but so hearty and filling.

24 ounces frozen egg noodles 2 quarts chicken broth 2 quarts water 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon minced parsley 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Add the chicken broth and water to a large pan and bring to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook for 17 minutes. Drain.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the bread crumbs and garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add the drained egg noodles to the skillet and stir to coat. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and parsley just before serving.
