Honey Cinnamon Blueberry Crisp

For the filling

  • 12 ounces frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

For the topping

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Add the blueberries, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and toss to coat. 
  • Add blueberries to the prepared baking dish.
  • Add the flour, brown sugar, mayonnaise, oats, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Sprinkle the topping over the blueberries.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
