Chocolate Covered Peanuts
These are my favorite holiday treat that my mama makes every year!
- 18 ounces almond bark
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 24 ounces salted peanuts
Turn the crockpot to high and add the almond bark. Stir occasionally until mostly melted.
Add the chocolate chips and continue stirring until melted and smooth.
Add the peanuts to the mixture and stir well to coat.
Add additional peanuts or chocolate chips as needed to get the right ratio of chocolate to peanuts.
Drop spoonfuls of chocolate covered peanuts onto a parchment lined baking sheet and allow to harden, about 1 hour.
Store at room temperature.
