Roasted Strawberry Hot Fudge Milkshake
Roasting fruit before adding it to a milkshake brings on a whole new depth of flavor. Add in some hot fudge sauce and you have a treat perfect for a hot summer day!

1 cup diced strawberries 2 scoops ice cream 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the diced strawberries on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the strawberries to cool to room temperature or colder.
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
