Flourless Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies
Gluten-free cookies with amazing texture, which can be hard to find! Enjoy these with a glass of your favorite milk.
Servings 24 cookies
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer beat together the peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and baking soda until light and creamy. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
Cool on a wire rack.
