S'mores bars can be made any time of year, no firepit needed!
Servings 12 bars
- 1/2 cup 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/3 cup Nutella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in the vanilla and egg until well combined.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
Press half of the dough into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish.
Spread dough with Fluff and Nutella.
Press small pieces of the remaining dough on top of the Fluff and Nutella to form the top crust.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting.
