S'mores Bars

S'mores bars can be made any time of year, no firepit needed!

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/3 cup Nutella


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in the vanilla and egg until well combined.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
  • Press half of the dough into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish.
  • Spread dough with Fluff and Nutella.
  • Press small pieces of the remaining dough on top of the Fluff and Nutella to form the top crust.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool completely before cutting.
