Sloppy Joe Pot Pie

- 2 bell peppers diced
- 1 sweet onion diced
- 2 15- ounce cans sloppy joe sauce
- 1 15- ounce can sweet corn
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 package large refrigerated biscuits 8 biscuits
- 2 green onions chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add the beef to a large skillet over medium heat and cook until browned, breaking the meat up as it cooks.

Drain the grease and return to the skillet.
Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and corn.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with the cheddar cheese and biscuits.
Bake for 18 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and golden on top.
