Thick, chewy, bakery style cookies are a breeze to make at home with our recipe. We loaded these soft cookies with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries to give them a sweet, tart flavor that's perfect for the holidays.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat together the melted butter and sugars until combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the butter mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Portion the dough into 12 large balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes exactly. Remove from the oven and let cool on the cookie sheet for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Store in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
This dough can be easily stirred together by hand using a wooden spoon, or you can use a hand mixer. Dot extra white chocolate chips and cranberries in the top of the dough before or after baking for that bakery style look.
