Honey Butter Skillet Corn

We first discovered this recipe on TikTok and have been making it ever since. I'm not sure who shared the original version or even what their measurements were, but we make this version quite a bit!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the butter and honey to a skillet over medium heat and let cook until butter is melted. Stir in the frozen corn and cook for 5-10 minutes to heat through.
  • Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the corn. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring often, until the cream cheese has melted.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper before serving.
