Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars

With just 3 ingredients and about 5 minutes of hands on time, these peanut butter cereal bars will quickly become a go to treat! Made with wholesome Cheerios, honey, and peanut butter for a fun treat!

Instructions

  • Add the honey and peanut butter to a large pot over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is well combined and just beginning to bubble around the edges.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the cereal to coat.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and use a piece of wax paper to press the mixture flat.
  • Let cool for 1-2 hours in the fridge to set.
  • Slice into bars and serve.

Notes

We prefer these with Honey Nut Cheerios, but you can use any variety that you like. 
Be sure to use the processed, no-stir style of peanut butter. All natural peanut butter that separates will likely not work well in this recipe.
