Ham, bacon, and scrambled egg make the ultimate breakfast sliders! We brush maple butter on the sandwiches to give them a bit of a sweet and savory flavor.
Add eggs, milk, and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once butter has melted, add the eggs and cook until just set. Eggs should still be a bit wet as they’ll be going in the oven. Do not overcook.
Slice the rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a 9x13 baking dish.
Top the rolls with the deli ham, scrambled eggs, white cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Place the tops of the rolls over the bacon.
Melt the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter in a small bowl and whisk in the maple syrup to combine. Drizzle the maple butter liberally over the rolls letting it run down the edges and soak the buns. It may seem like too much butter, but use it all as it will soak into the rolls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes to heat through and melt the cheese.
Serve hot.

Notes
We prefer dinner rolls in this recipe as the maple butter topping is already a bit sweet. If using Hawaiian rolls, your end result will be quite a bit sweeter and you may want to omit the maple syrup.Any variety of cheese you like will work well here. Pepper jack adds a nice spicy contrast to the salty and sweet sliders.
