Edible Sugar Cookie Dough

It's hard to resist raw cookie dough, so we like to whip up a batch of safe to eat cookie dough made with no eggs! We bake the flour to kill off any bacteria and then beat it in with butter and sugar, just like you would a traditional cookie dough.

Notes

Add additional milk, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach the consistency you prefer.
You can heat the flour in the microwave for one minute or until it reaches 160 degrees, if preferred. Do not over heat the flour or it will not mix properly.
We do not recommend baking this dough as it does not contain eggs or leavening agents. The ratio of ingredients is formulated for a no bake cookie dough and not meant to be baked.
