Bacon Wrapped Pork Bites

These bacon wrapped bites of pork are perfect served with a bit of honey mustard. These are a simple appetizer that's ready in just 30 minutes with a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Cracked Pepper Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/2 pound Smithfield Bacon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Slice the pork tenderloin into around 24 1 to 2 inch cubes. Slice the bacon in half.
  • Roll each piece of pork in a half slice of bacon. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • While the pork is baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  • Place toothpicks in the pork and serve with the honey mustard for dipping.
