Bacon Wrapped Pork Bites
These bacon wrapped bites of pork are perfect served with a bit of honey mustard. These are a simple appetizer that's ready in just 30 minutes with a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Cracked Pepper Pork Tenderloin

Smithfield Bacon
¼
cup
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
yellow mustard
1
tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Slice the pork tenderloin into around 24 1 to 2 inch cubes. Slice the bacon in half.
Roll each piece of pork in a half slice of bacon. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
While the pork is baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey until smooth and creamy.
Place toothpicks in the pork and serve with the honey mustard for dipping.
