Chocolate Frosting
My mama’s chocolate frosting recipe has been a favorite of my family’s for as long as a I can remember! Just be warned – you’ll all be fighting over who gets to lick the bowl!

Ingredients

white sugar

tbsp
butter

tbsp
milk

chocolate chips
milk chocolate or semi-sweet
Instructions
Add sugar, butter, and milk to a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil, stirring often.
Boil for exactly 60 seconds and remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips and continue stirring until the chocolate has melted.
Use frosting immediately as it will harden quickly.
Notes
Makes about 2 cups of frosting and will frost a 9x13 pan of brownies.
