Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt and pepper. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until well combined.
Drain the artichokes and spinach very well, removing as much liquid as possible. Add to the mayo mixture and stir by hand to combine.
Spread into an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
Serve dip warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or Hawaiian rolls for dipping.
Notes
If you'd like a bit of spice in your dip, stir in a teaspoon of red pepper flakes. For even more of a kick, add minced jalapeno.To make this in the slow cooker, follow the recipe as directed but add directly to a slow cooker and cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and everything is nicely combined, about 1-2 hours.
