Ham and Broccoli Muffin Tin Strata

I grabbed my ham and broccoli and cheese and I tossed them all together with some crusty French bread and I poured my favorite eggs right over the top and I made brunch.


  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon bottled hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the bread cubes, ham, broccoli, and cheese. Toss to combine.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Stir in the hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with non stick cooking spray. Divide the bread cube mixture evenly between the muffin wells. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin wells, just below the top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the eggs are set.
