Blueberry Granola Gratin
Not only is this recipe just 4 ingredients, it's also super healthy. You could eat these for breakfast or a snack, but they make a pretty fab dessert that's a bit on the lighter side. Love them!

1 cup granola clusters 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Turn your oven to broil. Place 4 ramekins on a cookie sheet.
Add 1/4 cup of granola to each ramekin.
Top with 1/4 cup of blueberries.
Scoop 1/4 cup of yogurt on top of the blueberries.
Sprinkle each cup with 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. Add more if desired.
Broil for 3 minutes or until the sugar has melted and is starting to caramelize. Keep a close eye on these or the sugar will burn. Serve immediately.
