These garlic butter noodles are pan-fried in butter and breadcrumbs. They're full of flavor and one of my favorite comfort foods! So simple, but so hearty and filling.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Reames Frozen Egg Noodles
  • 2 quarts chicken broth
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken broth and water to a large pan and bring to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook for 17 minutes. Drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the bread crumbs and garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  4. Add the drained egg noodles to the skillet and stir to coat. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and parsley just before serving.
