This time around I just went for the classic. It's moist and delicious and I guarantee you'll love it. Or your money back! (Not.)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 medium over-ripe bananas mashed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Set aside.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix in the bananas.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then move to a wire rack to finish cooling.
