Mojito Pitcher Recipe

Make a batch of these refreshing mojitos to serve up at your next party!

Ingredients

  • 72 fresh mint leaves more or less to taste
  • 8 limes quartered
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 liters club soda
  • 2 cups white rum

Instructions

  • Add the mint, limes, and sugar to a large pitcher and muddle together until mint begins to break down and becomes fragrant and limes are juiced. 
  • Add the club soda and white rum to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  • Serve over ice.

Notes

Add strawberries to make strawberry mojitos or raspberries for a raspberry mojito. 
We prefer Bacardi Silver but use any light rum you like.
