Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough sheet
  • 2 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 5 slices bacon fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Unroll the crescent dough on a cutting board. If there are seams in the dough, press together with your fingers to form a solid sheet of dough.
  • Spread the dough with the cream cheese and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
  • Sprinkle on the bacon, cheddar, and green onion.
  • Roll the dough up, jelly roll style, starting with the long side of the dough. Slice into 16 pieces, about 1/2 inch each. Place on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and golden.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

We prefer to buy the crescent dough sheets for recipes like this, as they're not perforated. If you can't find the dough sheets, just use regular crescent dough and pinch together the seams.
