Avocado Toast
Thick cut bread and freshly smashed avocado!

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of toast
- sea salt
Cut open your avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Use a fork to mash the avocado. Sprinkle with salt and stir.
Spread on the warm toast (the thicker the better, in my opinion) and sprinkle with a bit more salt, if desired.
Pop it all under the broiler for a few minutes if you like the avocado warm, otherwise eat it cold. Both ways are delicious!
