This BBQ dry rub works well on chicken, pork, and beef. Store it tightly covered in spice cabinet to keep on hand whenever you need it.

- 1/4 cup smoked paprika

- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Combine everything in a small bowl and stir well.

The chipotle powder can be substituted for chili powder + a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Smoked paprika is our favorite, but regular works just fine.
