Easy Sunday Meal Plan #40
Good morning, my lovelies!
So, this week is looking delicious for all of you, but I have some news. The husband and I are doing a challenge over the month of April. I’m eating low carb the entire month and he’s cutting out sugar. Eeeeek!
Luckily for you guys, I already have all of my recipes written up and ready to go for the entire month of April. I mean, I know you like a few low carb recipes here and there (and there are a few in there!), but when I’m doing low carb, I eat a lot of weird combinations. Like pepperoni spread with cream cheese for lunch. That’s strange, I know. Or taco salad, every single day for a week. Not as strange, but not exactly blog-worthy food.
So, I prepared myself in advance. I’m ready for April and I’m so excited to see the changes it brings to both my own health and my husband’s. My goal is to drop 20 pounds – but my secret goal is to drop 30. Haha. I will be happy with 20, but I really want to lose 30…do you think it can be done? I’ll be sure to update you all at the end of this! 🙂
Anyway, I’ll still be featuring my usual meal plans, I just maybe won’t be eating them myself. This week’s is looking particularly good!
