Easy Meal Plan Sunday #45
Happy Sunday!
It’s been a rainy, crappy weekend. I’m so tired of all these April showers. It’s May now. Bring on the sunshine!
Also, now that it’s May that means that my month long low carb challenge is officially over! Woohoo! It was actually really easy for me to stay on diet, with just a few intense donut cravings here and there. 😉 I’m down 12 pounds for the month, which is nowhere near my goal of 20 pounds, but I’ll take it!
For May, my husband and I are both challenging ourselves to workout every day for at least 20 minutes per day. These challenges are actually kind of fun and it’s really motivating to do it together. Highly recommend grabbing someone and challenging yourself to do something healthy for the month!
Anyway, enough of that! Let’s get to the meal plan, shall we?
Spicy Smoked Sausage Alfredo Bake
DATE NIGHT
-KITCHEN CLOSED-
Sweet and Spicy Hawaiian Kabobs
Bacon, Swiss & Asparagus Egg Bake
I just made a soup for dinner that I found a recipe for on another blog – 7 different cans of things and some velveeta ..was tasty but probably better for winter than spring. I do love the look of your chilli though and will have to give it a try. I also like the idea of the Bacon Egg Bake…looks yummy! This week we are going to have tamales one day this week – I’m cheating because I bought already made tamales but I’ll make up some kind of Mexican inspired side dishes…
I have a question: Why do Buns in my Oven, A Dash of Sanity and Domestic Superhero blogs all have the same Easy Meal Plans each week?
Hi Tami!
Great question! We all work together to create the meal plans and we each feature them on our site on Sundays. 🙂
