Growing up, there was a walking trail by our house that was lined with raspberry bushes. Every summer, we would grab a bucket and go pick berries.

I was so excited when we moved in to our current home and I discovered that hidden along the side of the house were a couple of raspberry bushes tucked in with the rest of the landscaping. Takes me right back to my childhood!
Anyway, I’m not here with raspberries today, although those do happen to be my all time favorite berry.
Today, I am here with blueberries.
I hear blueberries are a super food, so obviously eating them in dessert is a super idea.

This blueberry crisp does not taste like it’s full of mayonnaise! Promise!
It just works to hold everything together and provide some richness to the dish. You can skip the butter – this is a dairy free recipe!
I doctored this recipe up a bit – it is time to Mix it Up after all, right? I added some extra berries, and sweetened them up with honey and cinnamon. I didn’t change the topping at all, because it was already perfect!

Honey Cinnamon Blueberry Crisp
For the filling
- 12 ounces frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
For the topping
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Add the blueberries, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and toss to coat.
- Add blueberries to the prepared baking dish.
- Add the flour, brown sugar, mayonnaise, oats, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle the topping over the blueberries.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
