Blueberry Crisp

This blueberry crisp recipe has just a handful of every day ingredients and comes together in minutes! You’re going to be so surprised by the secret ingredient, too! This post is sponsored by Mirum, but all opinions are my own.

This easy blueberry crisp recipe has just a handful of ingredients that you probably already have on hand!

I am a berry fanatic.

Growing up, there was a walking trail by our house that was lined with raspberry bushes. Every summer, we would grab a bucket and go pick berries.

Y’all, I’d come home bloodied and bruised every time.

Picking berries is tough. Those thorns are vicious. It’s totally worth it though.

This blueberry crisp has a surprising ingredient!

I’m really excited to share this blueberry crisp recipe that I am sharing with you in partnership with Hellman’s!

I was so excited when we moved in to our current home and I discovered that hidden along the side of the house were a couple of raspberry bushes tucked in with the rest of the landscaping. Takes me right back to my childhood!

Anyway, I’m not here with raspberries today, although those do happen to be my all time favorite berry.

Wait until you see what the topping for this blueberry crisp is made out of!

Today, I am here with blueberries.

I hear blueberries are a super food, so obviously eating them in dessert is a super idea.

This recipe is part of Mix It Up Monday, a campaign to encourage you to mix up your Mondays this year by trying new recipes! We could all use a little encouragement in that department.

Delicious and easy blueberry crisp recipe!

Everyone dreads Monday, but if you mix it up and bring your family new recipes to try they’ll be looking forward to Monday all week long!

I’m working with Sam’s Club to bring you this recipe. I love how easy it is to shop with the Scan and Go app!

You download the app, scan your items’ barcodes as you shop, pay right from your phone, and then show your digital receipt on the way out the door! Talk about a time saver!

This blueberry crisp has a surprising ingredient in the topping!

Sam’s Club has so many things to stock up on and for this recipe I grabbed some blueberries and Hellman’s mayonnaise.

I know that you just wrinkled your forehead up in confusion.

What has Hellman’s got to do with blueberry crisp?

Anyone else love fruity desserts? This blueberry crisp is so easy!!

Y’all, I went ahead and mixed the oats and the sugar in the topping with some mayo.

I know, you’re concerned. Don’t be.

This is phenomenal! You’re going to love this recipe!

I, admittedly, am a mayonnaise lover. I slather it on all my sandwiches, stir it into my bacon cheeseburger meatloaf, and use it for my fry sauce recipe.

I am the person that buys the big two pack Sam’s Club containers of Hellman’s. It’s a great value and I don’t have to worry about running out!

That said, please don’t think I’ve lose my mind.

This blueberry crisp does not taste like it’s full of mayonnaise! Promise!

We love blueberries and this blueberry crisp is the perfect use for them!

It just works to hold everything together and provide some richness to the dish. You can skip the butter – this is a dairy free recipe!

I doctored this recipe up a bit – it is time to Mix it Up after all, right? I added some extra berries, and sweetened them up with honey and cinnamon. I didn’t change the topping at all, because it was already perfect!

I’m really excited about the flavors of honey and cinnamon in this blueberry crisp.

Have you tried the Scan and Go app? I’m excited to try Club Pickup too. You can order online and they do the shopping for you! I love how easy it is to shop at Sam’s Club these days!

I hope you guys are inspired to try this recipe yourselves and be sure to put your own spin on it!
