It’s just me again. With some dip.
I mean, at some point you guys are going to be like – yep. We get it. You like to dip things.
But, until that happens, I’m just going to keep pounding out some new dip recipes for you to try, because dip dip dip. I love to dip. You love to dip. We all love to dip.
Is dip even a word? I’ve typed it too many times and now I’m sure I’m either misspelling it or it’s not even a word at all. Someone send help.
Anyway. Let’s move on, shall we?

Alright, so about this dip!
It’s easy to the peasy. You guys are going to love the fresh, bright flavors and the vibrant color of this one!
You’ll start with a bag of frozen shelled edamame, cook it up as directed, and then toss it into a blender or food processor with some cilantro, lime juice, a little ginger, green onions, and garlic. Can’t you just tell this is going to be bursting with flavor? It gets a drizzle of sesame oil, too. I dunno about you, but I’m always into the sesame oil.
Once the mixture is all processed together, pop it into a pretty serving dish and sprinkle with some sesame seeds. Perfection.
This dip comes out looking a bit like guacamole, but it’s really packing some fun Asian flavors. I don’t know about you, but my dips don’t often go the Asian route, so this was a nice change.

- 12 ounces frozen shelled edamame
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 piece (1 inch) ginger, peeled
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup oil
- zest and juice from 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed
- TRISCUIT Thin Crisps, for serving
- Cook edamame as directed on the package.
- Add the cooked edamame, cilantro, green onions, ginger, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, water, and sesame oil to a blender or food processor and process until mostly smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with TRISCUIT Crackers.
