What’s Cookin’ Wednesday #97

Happy Wednesday, party people! I’m on a low carb diet right now and I’m living vicariously through all of you people with your delicious carbs.

And, yes, I know. Who the heck goes low carb in December? Me, apparently. It’s going great though and I’m down 6 pounds in one week, so I think I’ll stick it out for a bit longer. No promises when I visit my mama’s house and her famous butter cookies are there calling my name, though. Those are probably the best cookies I’ve ever eaten and let’s be real…I’ve eaten a lot of cookies in my life.

Anyway, since I can’t actually eat the below food, I order every one of you to do it for me. It all looks outrageously good!

I have made these before and I can tell you right now that yes. They are amazing. Spicy Thai Noodles from My Adventures in Dinner Time.

Christmas needs pie and I’m voting for this Seriously French Silk Pie from The Moonblush Baker!

I’m not even sure I can stand how adorable this Peppermint Swirl Mousse Cake From Hungry Happenings is. I mean…it’s like a big peppermint candy. I die.

Oh, well hello. I can get behind some cauliflower mash! I think my whole family would love this! Smothered Pork with Cauliflower Mash from Mel’s Kitchen Cafe.

And check out this Pound Cake Berry Bruschetta from Shaken Together Life. Dessert bruschetta…I’m in love.

Who ever heard of glazing a peanut butter cookie? Not me, but man, this is brilliant. Maple Cinnamon Glazed Peanut Butter Cookies from Mom on Timeout.
