New Features on Buns In My Oven!
Happy weekend, y’all! Saturday is the very best day of the week, am I right?! Two full days of freedom stretched out before us. I plan to use my two days laying around on the couch and eating junk food. Don’t judge me!
I don’t usually blog on Saturdays, but I wanted to pop in real quick to tell you guys about a fun new feature here on Buns In My Oven called CliqueMe!
Extra, extra, read all about it!
If you look down on the bottom right of your screen you should see a little gray CliqueMe button. When you click it, a little bar will pop up and ask you to register or login. Ugh. I hate registering for new things, but I promise this is super easy. You can connect it to one of your social media accounts (I used facebook for mine!) and it’s just a one click process and they’ll NEVER post on your wall or spam you with other junk. It’s simple!
So, sign up and then you can start sharing the love and connecting with me and other readers of Buns In My Oven! Let me tell you how!
CliqueMe is sort of like the comments section of this blog, but less intimidating. (I mean, I assume that’s why you haven’t been commenting? Because you’re scared?) If you don’t have anything to say other than “wow, that’s a pretty picture” (why, thank you! You’re so sweet!) you can just go ahead and hover over an image (do it now!) and you’ll see a little box appear in the bottom right corner. Click the heart to “like” the image.
Or, be a doll and click the comment box and leave me a love note. Love notes make my world go ’round, you know? The comments can be anything from “wow, that brownie looks good,” to “you have shiny hair and I want to pet it,” to “gosh, you’re pretty.” Seriously. You can say all the nice things you want to me. I don’t mind! 😉
I really think CliqueMe will be a great way for all of us to connect more with each other! After all, I’m not just baking and photographing all of these recipes so that I have an excuse to eat them (I mean, mostly I am, but that’s not the only reason), I’m also doing this because I like the Internet (that’s you) and I want to be friends. Let’s be friends, k?
As always, you can continue commenting below this post (and there is no sign up required for that!) or you can always email me your love notes to [email protected]
Now, get back to your regularly scheduled programming of Saturday Nothingness. I demand it.
