Gooooood morning.
It’s hot out there, right?
You guys should consider yourselves lucky that I don’t do video blogs, because this one? It would sound whiny and I would be all sweaty and angry looking.
I don’t do heat. My thermostat has been set at 66 all week and the house is staying around 80.
Stupid summer.
So, if you hate this crazy heat as much as I do, I’ve got a little something to help cheer you up.
A loaf pan!
Nothing super exciting, I know, but you guys…everyone needs a good loaf pan. I’ve ruined bread recipes before because the bread stuck to the pan. Not cool, bread. Not cool at all.
I’ve been testing the crap outta this pan and nothing has stuck yet. Win! The teflon coating makes everything slide right out, keeps it easy to clean, and is scratch resistant.

Love the pan! Love your post about traditional banana bread that would go nicely IN that pan! And it is a balmy 42 where I am… not complaining, it is GLORIOUS not too hot not too cold weather, perfect for walking! Have a good one!
It’s 93 right now, but it was 104 all weekend. I’ll take a 10 degree drop!
It’s 59 here in Puyallup WA. It’s 11 a.m. and it has been hitting 80 which is a bit hot for me..
It’s actually raining here today, so the temp is below 95 for the first time in forever!
It cooled down a lot overnight so now it’s only a whopping 88!

Right now in St> Augustine, Fl. it is 100 degrees! Very steamy and muggy, too!
It’s July in Oregon and a balmy 85. I love it. We’re in the middle of our 6 weeks of summer.
It was my ideal temp (in the mid-70s) here in Oregon until last week. Now we’re mid-80s, and I’m near my melting temp.
It’s about 90 degrees in Sarasota where I’m on vacation. I’m considering this cool, since it’s been 10-15 degrees hotter where I live!
Today was a high of 85 and breezy-perfect summer weather in Ohio!
Only about 80 degrees right now, but this weekend was HOT!
It is 85 degrees here in Philadelphia. Which is COLD compared to this past weekend…..

It’s not too bad right now… only about 80*. But the high for today is in the mid 90′s and our humidity is usually at least 80%… yea, that makes the “feels like” temp in the triple digits almost everyday!! Whew!!
I wish I would’ve seen this two days ago–before the giveaway ended, and, on the hottest day it had been yet (around 90)
Hi. this may be a long shot but I was wondering who the MAKER of ProBake Teflon pans is. I have been trying to contact the company because I have a pan whose lid broke and was trying to buy a replacement.
